Claims for DOA (Dead On Arrival) or non-functioning product.
To ensure a smooth resolution for defective items, please inspect your order upon arrival. Umin offers a 30-Day Limited Warranty on all products (unless otherwise specified). This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures for a period of 30 days from the order date.

- Normal wear and tear.
- Transportation Damage or damage incurred during shipping, which would typically be covered by the shipping carrier.
